Newborn
(0-3 months)
When you have a newborn, the last thing you’ll be thinking about is implementing proper sleep habits. On the flip side, you’ll be so exhausted that all you’ll be able to think about is how is wish you could find more of it. For you, and for your new baby. My newborn services include various tips and tricks to help you get through those first few months and make them as great as they possibly can be. It doesn't matter if your little one is breastfed, or formula fed, these tips will also help set the foundation he or she needs for sleep success in the months and years to come.
baby
(3 months-2.5 years)
By the time your baby is 3 months old, that day/night confusion has finally resolved- thank goodness! It doesn't matter if you're baby is breastfed, or formula fed, once he/she is this age, I begin offering sleep coaching packages to help teach independent sleep. My packages include the completion of a thorough intake form to get to know you (and your baby) better, as well as a custom sleep plan based on your preferences and needs. Each package also includes ongoing text or email support to help guide you through the sleep training process so that you never feel like you’re alone. Each and every one of my sleep plans is tailored to you and your child.
Toddler
(2.5-4 years)
Toddlers: Sleep regressions, bedtime battles, overnight potty training, big kid bed transitions, you name it, and they’ve most likely done (or are doing) it and it's disrupting everyone's sleep. Through each and every difficult stage of toddlerhood, I’ll be here to support you. Together we’ll come up with a plan to get your child sleeping independently, and through the night! As with my infant plans, these packages will include a custom sleep plan and schedule as well as my constant support paired with product recommendations and tools that will help you throughout the process.
