BASIC sleep:

This plan is for those of you who feel slightly lost when it comes to your child's sleep (zero judgement). Your child might be one who doesn't have a set sleep schedule, takes erratic naps, and/or is dependent on you feeding him/her to sleep or replacing his/her pacifier every 45 minutes throughout the night. Talk about exhausting! It doesn't matter if you're baby is breastfed, or formula fed, your baby's plan will be completely tailored to his or her needs. y basic sleep package will offer you more direction and guidance so you can feel confident when you begin your new sleep plan.

You’ll complete a thorough intake form for your child in which you’ll provide me with detailed information about his/her current sleep plan, personality traits, sleep habits, your basic parenting style, and any other details that you feel will assist me in developing your child's sleep plan.

Within 3 business days, I will provide you with a completely customized sleep plan addressing any of the sleep issues you wish to improve, as well as how you can go about improving them. 

Once you receive your child’s sleep plan, we will schedule a 30 minute follow up call to go over the plan together. We can also address any questions or concerns you have at this point before implementing any sleep methods.

This plan is for those of you who feel like your child's sleep habits are so far gone that you probably won't sleep again until he/she is in high school. You've tried just about everything to get your baby to sleep independently, to little (or no) avail. Coffee no longer touches the surface of your exhaustion. I feel for you. Big time. It doesn't matter if you're baby is breastfed, or formula fed, your baby's plan will be completely tailored to his or her needs.  I will completely hold your hand through this one, together, we'll virtually (via FaceTime or Zoom) complete a thorough intake form for your child in which you’ll provide me with detailed information about his/her current sleep plan, personality traits, sleep habits, your basic parenting style, and any other details that you feel will assist me in developing your child's sleep plan.

Within 2 business days, I will provide you with a completely customized sleep plan addressing any of the sleep issues you wish to improve, as well as how you can go about improving them.

Once you receive your child’s sleep plan, we will schedule a 30 minute follow up call to go over the plan together. We can also address any questions or concerns you have at this point before implementing any sleep methods.

Rapid Response text support is available in this package. On the first night of your child’s new sleep plan, I will be 100% available for support via text message- up until 12am EST.
